Goods purchased from us can be returned easily and cheaply at any InPost parcel locker.

In our store, you do not have to worry about the fact that the selected size will not fit or will not meet your expectations in any other way. Thanks to the integration of our store with cheap returns, InPost parcel lockers, you can buy without stress and fear that the return of the purchased goods will be a pain.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, which allows you to send a return parcel to us using the InPost Parcel Locker.

1 Print the form Generate return documents with address labels, and then print them.
2 Send the package Put the packed goods together with the return document into the carton and seal it well.
3 Refund You will receive a refund up to 14 days after we receive your refund.
Details of the steps for returning a refund:
Log in to your account, and then select the goods that you would like to return in the returns panel;

In the next steps, select a return by clicking on the "I will use the shop's parcels" option and selecting the form in which you want to receive the refund;

Generate return documents with address labels, then print them and sign the return document;

Put the packed goods together with the return document into the shipping carton and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost parcel locker, where you will send the parcel quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the dimensions of the package cannot exceed 41 X 38 X 64 cm and weight 25 kg.

We will refund the money in the form selected in the refund wizard within 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. As a rule, however, it takes less time. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a prerequisite for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
